Field trip with workshops and demos in Rotterdam harbour

On November 29 SML and DE PLAYER organise a field trip into the harbour of Rotterdam, where we will experiment with new devices and instruments which are being developed by Signe Lidén, Mario de Vega, Anthea Caddy, and Raviv Ganchrow. They are creating new equipment to further expand the artistic toolbox and make invisible and inaudible phenomena perceptible and experienceable. This workshop is specifically aimed at artists, composers and musicians with an interest in sound and field recording who would like to expand their understanding and awareness of the invisible and inaudible of our surroundings.
